First of all, I’d like to be very clear about what the true Goals must be if we are to embark on enhancing our health or body profile. The essential first step is always to define significant and realistic goals at the outset.
Every morning on social media platforms, the TV π±πΊπ» we watch our feed presents us with one of these βperfect bodiesβ and it looks amazing and we think itβs what we want to be. But in real life it is so much harder to achieve it by trying it on our bodies.
Why is that? π€ Only an extremely minute percentage of humans are capable of attaining that level of form. The foremost reason is discipline ποΈ, then genes π§¬, then the fact most of the fitness community also supplement π to get it. There are some lucky ones who can do it, yes, but those are but an extremely minute percent of the population. And so social media π spotlights them so muchβbecause often it comes at a great cost in money πΈ, time β°, and sacrifice π.

Thatβs why we must begin our plan to change our body with our feet on the ground π£. We must be very clear on what we are able to do and what we are not.
First is to look at what we personally want and we can categorize it into three levels:
Short-term goal β³
Medium-term goal π
Long-term goal π
Personally speaking, the long-term plan in exercise is towards our whole life βΎοΈ. That is not a 3, 6, or 24-month plan. Itβs not the acquisition of a profession π. This is developing an exercise life that will be an eternity β one our family π¨βπ©βπ§βπ¦ is in, our companions π€ are in, and anybody we may influence to be healthier too.

Genuine Goals in Our Plan
If you consider it in this light, then you will have a strong foundation and be carried through like a river flowing smoothly into the great sea π. That is how a true goal is: long term, strong, and life changing π.
Of course, it is not simple. Itβs no cakewalk β οΈ. But it will be the road π£οΈ leading us to one of lifeβs biggest things: remaining happy and healthy in the long term β€οΈ.
